I've been using just about every Pharmacy in Letchworth over the years, everyone has had issues, mainly with my prescriptions not being made in time and having to wait for hours to collect them.


No issues with Letchworth Pharmacy after being with them for a year. Everytime I order though the app then walk in a few days later and its ready. The staff are so friendly and helpful aswell. A breath of fresh air.

FAQs

      Is there a charge for this service?

          Dossett Box Service (blister-packed medicines) Fees are as follows: £5 per weekly tray (£20/m). If you require us to deliver the dossett box, then the delivery charges outlined below, will apply.  

          • We charge £5 for a one-off delivery of prescriptions.  Save by paying annually - £60 for all your prescription deliveries. It's only £90 for 2 individuals at the same address. 
          • We can deliver over-the-counter medicines and other products at the same time as your prescription for free!
          • Dossett box do not qualify fro collection via our  24-hour collection point.
      When do I get my medicines?

          After ordering your medications, our team will contact your GP to organize your prescriptions. 


          The pharmacy will discuss with you when your new dossette boxes will start.

      My prescription has gone to another pharmacy.

          1. You can contact your old pharmacy and ask them to return the prescription electronically to us


          2. You can ask your old pharmacy to provide you with the medicine on this occasion, then contact your GP and ask them again to change your nominated pharmacy.


          We can also do this on your behalf.

      I want a branded version of a generic drug.

          Kindly consult your GP first to get approval for that first. We are only allowed to send you medication prescribed by your GP.
